Your invoice prints the batch code and expiry of the batch you actually received, not a generic one. You can check it on our Batch Verification page.

Allocation is FEFO — first to expire, first out. It is not a policy someone remembers to follow; it is how the warehouse allocation works, so nobody can grab whichever carton is nearest.

And nothing ships with less than 180 days of shelf life left — the system will not allocate it. Short-dated stock does not get pushed onto you.

Prices are set by tier, re-resolved at the moment you submit, and then frozen onto the invoice. If a price moved between your cart and your order, you are told rather than silently charged the new one.

Every order gets a proper Mushak 6.3 tax invoice, so your input VAT claim is not at risk. An issued invoice is never edited — a correction is a separate credit note referencing it, which is what keeps the trail auditable.

A credit limit is never set by one person: one proposes, a different person approves, and the reason is recorded. That protects us, and it protects your account.

We do not say “lowest prices” or “fastest delivery.” Those cannot be verified, and unverifiable promises are what erode trust in this trade. What we do claim, your invoice can evidence.
