Prices appear once you sign in. Wholesale prices sit behind the login because each buyer has their own tier and terms, not to be secretive.

Add items to your cart and submit. The order must reach ৳10,000.

Prices and stock are re-checked at the moment you submit. If anything moved you are told, rather than silently charged the new figure.

Send the money by bKash, Nagad or bank, then use “Report a payment” beside the invoice in your portal and give us the transaction ID. See Payment & Credit Terms.

An order holds its stock for 24 hours, so a long delay can release it.

You get an SMS at dispatch. On arrival, count the cartons and check the seals in front of the courier — see Delivery Information.

Tell us quickly. For a wrong item, transit damage or a quality problem we raise an RMA — see Return & Replacement.
